We Can Help Today!

If you've had an accident late at night, we won't be able to replace your glass immediately. In this case, we will board up your window with plywood boards to maintain security and arrange for the glass to be fitted once it is available. We operate a 24-hour rapid-response boarding-up service, to give you peace of mind when you need it most.

We can also board-up large commercial premises when the owner has vacated the building, or is in the process of a large-scale refurbishment, where the building needs to be protected against squatters and other intruders. All boarding-up jobs across the UK include a free quote on replacement glass if required.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to complete the work?

We cannot state how long it will take us to complete a job. However, for some works we charge our labour rates per half hour. That way, if a job takes 20 minutes, you are not charged a full hour for the job. Some works may also be charged at a fixed price. Therefore, you are only charged one price even if the job runs over the estimated time to fix.
There is no call out fee, even if you cancel the works beforehand. However, a deposit may be required for parts purchased.
There is no charge if the problem cannot be rectified.
Quotes given over the phone are based on the customers description of the works to be carried out. These are always subject to site survey.
You will not be charged a fee if the engineer leaves site to buy parts
The maximum our engineers can charge for a labour rate is 2 hours. If the engineer is on site and believes the works will take longer than the estimated time given over the phone, you will be re-quoted a fixed price or a half day rate.
All the engineers we assign to customers are locally based. However, our customer service staff are based at our head office, which may not be in your local area.
Our company operates with engineers in our own vans. However, to provide an emergency service, we may also use contractors that we have partnered with to provide a more reliable service for our customers.
If you cannot measure the glass using a tape measure for example then we ask that you use a piece of A4 paper as a rough guestimate to the size of the window. This helps us give you a rough estimate over the phone. However, all works will be remeasured on site.
We do not own a shop front. The company operates a 24/7 call out service.
